I was playing Ridge Racer so it sounds like this.

Vocoded the ingredients using vocodex and vital + using the ingredients as a wavetable for the carrier; chopped up and filtered bits for the percussion and tones

Mostly used Vital VST to create instruments from the ice sounds.
